Feeling at Home in the Heart of Florence The property is family-run by Neapolitans, and you can sense their warm hospitality from the very first interaction. Aurelia’s welcome is truly fantastic.Although the rooms are not particularly large, they have been optimized to the fullest, offering all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is well-organized, and the shower is spacious and comfortable. We recommend requesting a room with a view of the Arno River—they are truly beautiful.Another great advantage is the partnership with a private parking service, which picks up and returns your car. However, reaching the property by car to unload luggage can be tricky, so it’s best to call ahead to arrange everything smoothly.The pricing is more than fair, making this an excellent choice for a stay in Florence. If you're looking for a place to stay, we highly recommend it without hesitation!

Highly Recommended Residenza Vespucci is located along the Lungarno, just 8-10 minutes on foot from the train station, making it easily accessible—even with a trolley.Upon arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed by Aurelia and Francesco, whose kindness and hospitality are truly exceptional.Some rooms offer a stunning river view, and I must say that experiencing sunrise or sunset over the Arno is something truly magical.Thanks to a lucky upgrade, we were given the suite—featuring two rooms, two bathrooms, and an unforgettable view. We spent three fantastic nights, with a super comfortable bed and a memory foam mattress—nothing more to say, just perfection!This was our second stay at Residenza Vespucci, and it was even better than the first!
